It's easy to fall into anxiety and negativity, so be mindful of your thoughts. Our individual actions elevate the collective energy. By caring for our well-being, we contribute positively to the world.

August 15-27: Mercury Moves Back Into Leo ❤️🔥
Cue the theatrics! As Mercury transitions back into Leo, brace for a burst of drama, particularly in relationships and affairs of the heart. Communications are bolder and more expressive. It’s a prime time for heartfelt conversations but watch out for melodramatic flair.
August 15-17: Mars Square Saturn 🛑
Pump the brakes! With Mars squaring Saturn, energy and actions may feel scattered and unproductive. This aspect brings hard stops, necessitating patience and careful planning. Choose your words wisely to avoid conflicts. Acknowledge the overwhelming energy but channel it thoughtfully.

Prepare for charged and unsettled energy as the Sun squares Uranus. Flexibility and open-mindedness are critical during this potential period of uncertainty. Embrace doing things differently; unconventional approaches may lead to significant rewards. Be alert for erratic weather patterns and adapt as needed.
The Full Moon peaks on August 19. While detailed readings for each sign will follow in a corresponding video, expect heightened emotions and culminations in various life areas as this lunar phase peaks.
Supporting Your System, Tending To Your Soul
Daily Meditation: Even a few minutes of quiet meditation each day can help you center and stay present. Focus on your breath or listen to a guided grounding meditation. Easily found on youtube, healing frequencies such as 412 and 528 Hertz are amazing for energy clearing, but any meditation that speaks to you will do.
Mindful Movement: Engage in activities like yoga, tai chi, or simple stretching routines to keep your energy grounded and flowing. Heart opening yoga movements such as Camel Pose, or basic chest openers can help open up your heart, literally.
Nature Walks: Spend time outside, walking or simply being in nature. This helps to reconnect with the Earth and can be incredibly grounding.
Grounding Foods: Incorporate more root vegetables like carrots, beets, and sweet potatoes into your diet. These foods are known to have grounding properties. Cinnamon and cloves are also particularly healing at this time. I highly recommend you follow this enlightening substack account for tips on balancing your energy through mindfulness, food and movement.
Breath Work: Practice steady, deep breathing exercises. Try the 4-7-8 technique: inhale for 4 seconds, hold for 7 seconds, and exhale for 8 seconds. This is my favorite breathing technique, and I practice it daily.
Disconnect from Digital: Limit your screen time and take regular breaks from digital devices to stay connected with the physical world around you.
Create a Routine: Establishing a daily routine can provide stability and help you stay grounded amidst any chaotic energies.
Journaling: Spend a few minutes each day writing down your thoughts, feelings, and intentions. This can help process emotions and keep you grounded.
Self-Care: Prioritize activities that make you feel nurtured and relaxed, whether it's taking a bath, reading a book, or practicing a hobby. Eating that ice cream is self-care too!
Connect with Loved Ones: Spend quality time with friends or family. Human connection can be incredibly grounding and fulfilling.
